Introductory meeting: We discuss all your wishes and schedule a meeting to get to know your brand/company better.
Based on this I will make an offer.
Phase 1
Project Platform: You will have access to your own Notion platform with a timeline, questionnaire, invoices and feedback moments. Before the start of our project, the branding questionnaire must be filled in and the Pinterest board with examples must be provided.
Phase 2
Style mood board: Next, I create a style mood board to check we’re on the same page and to establish the initial visual directions of the brand.
Phase 3
Brand Strategy and or Social Media: Now it's time for research. Here we establish the brand foundation and come up with
we any social media strategies.
Phase 4
Rough concept: After confirming the strategy, I start working on the design. This consists of the first two logos, the color palette, fonts and mock-ups to get a good first impression of the style we are going for.
Phase 5
Elaborate: We will then continue to elaborate this rough concept until we are satisfied. We can also add brand elements and possible add-ons, such as packaging, flyers or other brand expressions.
Phase 5
Brandbook: Once we are satisfied, we will process all design choices in a brandbook where all design rules can be found in detail. Full Blown branding? Then you will also receive a compact Styling social media sheet.
Phase 5
Files and Launch: All designs are being prepared and ready to download via the Notion platform. Time to launch!

HOW FAST CAN YOU START? I usually book projects two weeks to a month in advance, so if you're considering investing in professional branding, please inquire for information as early as possible to ensure we can meet your desired launch or completion date.
HOW DOES PAYMENT WORK, AND ARE INSTALLMENTS POSSIBLE? I typically work with a 50% upfront payment and 50% upon delivery. This keeps it an investment but still manageable. Would you prefer to pay in 4 installments? That’s possible! In this case, payments are made at the following stages: 1.At the start of the project 2.Upon delivery of the rough concept 3.Before receiving the brand book 4.Before the final delivery of all files Please note that an additional fee of €25 applies for this payment plan.
HOW DOES THE PROCESS START? Once you have submitted a request, I will contact you by email within 1-2 days to schedule an introductory meeting. During our discussion, we will review your branding needs and the chosen package. Subsequently, I will draft a proposal outlining all project details, including the total price. If you agree, you will receive a complete invoice for the project. The initial payment is 50% of the invoice amount before my design process begins. The final payment will be due at the end, after approval of all designs.
ARE THE PACKAGES CUSTOMIZABLE? Certainly! Choose the package that best fits your needs. Then, during an introductory meeting, we can discuss the details to ensure you have everything for a personalized branding package.
CAN YOU ALSO HELP ME WITH OTHER DESIGNS? Sure! In addition to developing brands, you can come to me with more questions. Such as: Posters, flyers, thank you cards, menu cards, price lists, (car) stickers, packaging. This is all design only, but I am happy to assist with printing for a small fee of 15 euros (excluding). Besides print work, I also create: Illustrations, patterns, content photography, Instagram templates and highlights, posts, banners, video editing, Instagram filters, and web design templates.

I ensure that your brand book provides a clear and consistent representation of your brand identity. This helps everyone within your organization understand exactly how the brand should be presented. It aids in creating a recognizable and professional appearance, both online and offline.
